I realise the thread is about heroes, rather than great players, but your post reads as almost a "who's who" of the greatest Irish players ever. Actually, substitute Frank O'Neill for Paulo di Canio. Probably my all time favourite player. Never failed to beat the full back. Just stood on the terraces at Milltown in awe as Frank would show the fullback the ball and then beat him like clock work.Quote:
