Maybe its too soon for tv3 but its almost disappointing RTE got it.Quote:
The FAI Carlsberg Senior Challenge Cup final will be broadcast live on RTE television on Sunday October 27 2002. The final, between Derry City and Shamrock Rovers kicks off at 3:00 pm.
If the game is drawn, RTE has also committed to showing the replay live on Sunday November 3 2002.

Hopefully we will be rid of RTÉngerland soon, and we wont have to put up with their crap ever again.
I doubt if they will give it any real promotion. I mean we thought they were bad before but they seem to have got even worse since the FAI sold the international rights to Sky.Quote:

their "promotion" will probably consist of a reminder on the six-one news on saturday, maybe on news2 as well if we´re lucky. And coverage will start at 2:55, and end within 10 minutes of the final whistle.Quote:
