The draw for the second round of the
FAI Carlsberg Senior Cup will take
place in Dublin this evening.
The draw, which will be held in the
Gravity Bar at the Guinness Storehouse,
will be broadcast live on the Six One
news at roughly 6.40pm.
FAI Cup hat-trick heroes Miah Dennehy
(Cork Hibernians 1972) and John Ryan
(Bray Wanderers 1990) will be special
guests and will be recipients of
presentations from the FAI and
Carlsberg on the night.
According to my sources the draw is on the news at 6.40ish
Was watching RTÉ 2 last night and they said it would be on live at 8 pm on RTÉ 2 so if it is not on the news that is when it will be on :)
The FAI must be helping RTE to “organise” the time of the draw sure isn’t it being held in a brewery :p
Those sources ... they wouldn't be RTE and the FAI would they .... cos i dont think the rightly know themselves what going on !! :pQuote:

The decathlon of non-league clubs will all be hoping to emulate the achievements of Cork side Rockmount last season, when they reached the quarter-finals and took Premier Division Waterford United to a replay before making their exit.
