The FAI must be helping RTE to “organise” the time of the draw sure isn’t it being held in a brewery

Those sources ... they wouldn't be RTE and the FAI would they .... cos i dont think the rightly know themselves what going on !!
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

FAI Cup draw makes TV appearance

The draw for the second round of this season’s FAI Carlsberg Cup, which will see the 22 eircom League clubs enter the hat alongside the 10 intermediate and junior sides to have made it through the preliminary rounds, takes place live on RTE television this evening (Monday).

The decathlon of non-league clubs will all be hoping to emulate the achievements of Cork side Rockmount last season, when they reached the quarter-finals and took Premier Division Waterford United to a replay before making their exit.

However it has been announced that there will be no free bar at the event, seemingly the FAI were unable to organise a pi$$ up..........

Shels at home to Derry anyway, with the amount of FAI cup matches to be shown live I wonder if they'll put that on.
