    HD TV issues

    Bought my first HD TV in the sales and started using it yesterday. It's not going well!
    It's an LG 42" Full HD tv and the picture quality is terrible on it, both with the Sky box and with the DVD player.

    However when I'm in the Sky planner, the preview box in the top right hand corner shows perfect quality, but once the channel is selected the picture goes gack again. Anyone experienced anything like this before? or better still, got an answer?
    Please help me Mailbag!


    **Just to say that I'm in the middle of 300pg manual and the resolution hasn't presented itself just yet hence the post here**
    If I question Liam Scales ability to play intl football, refer me to this signature & his peformance at home at lb vs Port on Nov 13 2025.

      First step should always be to google the model number. Filter by "discussions" to find people in a similar position. Try google uk if you don't have much success with with .ie or .com, making sure you filter to the UK.
