Wikipedia, the online encyclopedia which can be amended by anyone, has introduced new measures that mean changes made to the pages of living people will have to be approved before they can be published.

Hopefully it will be more accurate now.

Wikipedia has been boring as **** since the net Nazis got their hands on it. Could have been one of the greatest educational sources known to man, and was for a brief time. Now it's basically a repository for information that's available elsewhere.

Yeah I suppose it's hard to get the balance right though. We want interesting, not widely known information but we want it to be true as well.

But such is life! It was the flaws in human society that wrecked it. A bit like the economic assumption of rational behaviour being a pile of poo, the idea that everyone would contribute in an honest and selfless manner was inherently flawed.
