I dont think it really works on its own, your best to have it with Lemsip. I make a lemsip and put a capful (or 2!) of whiskey in it and go to bed. The only way to fight this flu really is rest. I stayed in bed all day Sat & Sun to shake it and it worked after a week of popping pills but still going to work.

I tried to get a book from the library today - I asked them if they had it, they checked and said that they did, but it was out at the moment. Then the staff did a bit of a double-take and said, "Ah, it is overdue.......it has been out since 1992!". Made us both laugh.Comment
