    Student Accommodation in Dublin

My brother and 3 or less of his mates are starting in UCD in a month or so. Can anyone recommend accommodation suitable for him/them?

Nah, that's way too far away. Would need to be in the Stillorgan, Dundrum, Ranelagh, Rathmines, Donnybrook, Ballsbridge, Sandymount, Leopardstown, Sandyford areas.

What about Fizzboro after all it's on the 10 bus route and would be cheaper than those snobholes on the southside?

Sorted - got a place in Ranelagh. Typical student dump. Costing €30 per month more than i pay in a brand new 2 bed apartment in Dundrum, with LUAS and shopping centre on doorstep.

As for the north side, why would he bother moving up from home if he had to endure an hour long commute to college anyway?
