I would say it is that the Italians have a better system - they've really started to hammer sports over there, starting with cycling. This dispite the fact that it was Italian doctors that lead the way in developing the drugs, and the ways to administer them. We will see many more cases in the future, and much closer to home if they actually start doing proper tests....If you attack me with stupidity, I'll be forced to defend myself with sarcasm. -
