Am I right saying only two of these clubs are in a county with an LOI team?

The make-up of the 24 clubs is always 16 Intermediate and 8 junior. The intermediate clubs are only from Cork and Dublin so that immediately means all of them will be from counties with an LOI club.

Then of the Junior clubs, clubs from Limerick, Galway, Donegal and Wexford normally stand out.

So only leaves the likes of Michael’s, Castlebar, Evergreen (Kilkenny) as clubs from non-LOI counties getting near this stage. For all the talk of spreading the game through the new National League, these draws show time and time again that some counties are just miles off that level.
