News Aggregators Wanted

"What the hell is a news aggregator?" I hear you ask.

We're looking for people to nominate a news site they visit on a regular basic, who have a spare few minutes to post the headline and link for appropriate articles on the backend of phootball.com. Those links will then show up in a /news section of phootball.com, with your credit obviously.

News Ticker

How about creating a simple news ticker as well? This could be placed on sites, just the headlines, and then link back to the news section here. I have one on my own site, but its only for Athlone news. It's easily done and maintained, just one text file, u give the sites a small bit of code, and thats it, they dont have to do any updating. Depending on how much effort you want to put into it, you could let individual sites submit news as well which would link back to their sites.....just an idea.
