I seriously think the POTM winners should come down to a vote and not have a dictator deciding it!

Yeah me to but I was told it wouldn't work.......I would get a poll set up for the June one but pretty pointless at the moment as there is only 1 nomination. Patsh to be honest mate no matter how many good posts they were I could only judge the nominated ones( which amiounted to about 2).
Mabye we could think up a more original competition like "eejit of the month" or something-of course it wou;dn't be meant seriously and people shpu;dn't take it personally........who knows-just a suggestion I'm open to idea and happy to run/help run anything you come up with providing Adam approves.

Yeah I think we need to look at getting more nominations.

There's no point having an "eejit of the month" competition because Conor74* would clean up all the time

Think you're better off opening the July POTM thread on the 1st of July so people can read a post and straight away nominate it if they want, rather than waiting until the end of the month and forgetting.
