We need a win this weekend. Shels are practically guaranteed the win (playing kildare). While something will have to give between Ucd and Waterford who play each other. I guess a draw or a waterford win is what we need. We have to take advantage when the other contenders are playiing each other. Any athlone fans have an opinion on how your team is playing.

Truly dreadful game and yet again we really struggled to score . The opening goal good work by Alan Kirby who is really proving to be a good signing . If Athlone had taken either of the sitters presented early in the 2nd half this could have been a different result . However 3 points bagged .Comment

Dont know how accurate the figures are (as I dont know yer weekly costs) but
from what I'm told 1 weeks wages from Sporting Fingal could last us 20
weeks which is a bit mad as in the 1st half we made ye look like a pub team.
