    go on the fingal.....calm down with the posts, way too many here to keep up with so i'll just say good luck next season and leave it at that

                              I would guess the crest is a raven - a symbol of Fingal dating back to the Battle of Clontarf, when (supposedly) a flag belonging to Jarl Sigurd the Stout, of Orkney, was taken from his body after the battle. It's more normally shown as a black raven on a white background, but I suppose a new football club would need its own colours.

                              Interesting to see how it goes - I'd say they've got real support potential, if they get a base in Swords.

                                                  I thought I saw it somewhere before.. is there nothing concrete online yet? ffs even a couple of pages with a stated purpose, colours and badge would be a start.
