And @ndy, give it a rest. Your still going on about City against Waterford. You seem to be the only one, no matter what you say, who did not see the excellent football played at times by City on Monday night.
Too much muck in your eyes.

This attempt at some sort of college humour is above my head, I'm afraid.

I could've sworn that yer man who kicked the ball was wearing the captain's armband.
Mick O'Donnell came on and took the armband.

Yer man had blonde hair who kicked the ball - assumed it was Cawley as he got sent off, but it must have been Micko.

Always the one you least suspect!

Well that explains it all. You wouldn't recognise good football if it kicked you up the arse.

wouldn't be too hard to spot this season with the amount of crap i've seen.

As opposed to being a fan of the
"let's get 4 7ft defenders and they can head, kick and wallop the ball away anywhere, anytime it comes near them, and it doesn't really matter what else we put on the pitch" club?

                      andy's final thought

Right, this is going to be my last contribution to this post, as it's getting quite childish. I'd just like to say oddboy, first of all, we have two tall centre backs, as do most clubs. Our full backs are titchy as usual. Secondly, we maintain our reputation for playing some of the most attractive attacking football in the eircom league, as has always been the case with UCD, which is why as a 13/14 year old, i chose to visit belfield for my Sunday football, and why i still do today, so you're talking b'll'cks. If you'd care to visit beflied on a regular basis you would hopefully witness this first hand (this season so far excepted), and too say that we lash 4 7ft defenders behind the ball simply because Clive Delaney generally had a stormer whenever we visited Turners Cross is uninformed crapology.

Thirdly, when i referred to the amount of crap football i'd seen this season, i was obviously referring to UCD. The only non UCD game i have seen this season was City Waterford on Monday night, and of all the UCD games i have seen, i have seen us lose ALL but one, which was the bohs game. The only three UCD league games i have missed this season were Pats at home, and Longford and Drogs away, due to holiday and work commitments. I have been to every other game, incl Derry away.

Ok, thats all i have to say about that, so goodbye, and in case i don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening and goodnight.
