For the moment. There seems to be a good chance that it won't reopen at all.

I just checked - it's closed. Doors locked, lights out. Of course, they might have been reading this thread, and just hidden.

                Yup.

Been the de facto club bar pretty much for our entire league existence, I think.

On regular visits to Dublin have quite often taken the road to Dundrum, just after the Montrose and have had a hunch I'm in the vacinity of the Belfield.
Am I correct Belfield is somewhere on right as you turn to Dundrum (junction opposite Radison St Helens)

Yes. The Belfield campus is behind the trees on the corner opposite the Radisson.

The football pitch however use to be just over the well there but is now at the other side of the campus and is just opposite RTE

Bowl's in the bottom left here, RTE top centre. A few hundred metres in the gap.

Tara Towers apparantly, more or less right behind the Montrose on the next main road parallel to the dualcarriageway, looks like an extra 10 minute walk. I'm looking forward to going back to Sligo, my best away trips have been to the Showgrounds.
