There's a fella somewhere in the Munster Senior league called Noel Hartigan who answers almost perfectly to that description. the only thing that doesn't match is the "running" part

Just for curiosity sake. Where is Ken these days. Is he playing for any team?

He's in Blanchardstown

I saw him several months ago at a Crokes vs Brigids GAA match. he doesn't play that anymore so I don't know if he's with an LSL club in he area.
