After that your very welcome. There is a Student Centre on the campus close to the ground. It may be restricted to Student only. I don't go there often.

On the N11 Stillorglin by-pass, over the other side of the flyover entrance, there is the Montrose Hotel which will serve food and drinks. A themed Irish Bar Lonegans is part of the hotel and you may find it cosier than the hotel bar.

In reality, nah. How many students are still on campus at 6pm of a Friday? Haven't seen any problems with other away fans getting in.

The bar management is pretty sound. I've only ever seen them seriously monitor the door on match night for the likes of Bohs. I don't think it should be a problem for Galway fans.

There is a hope downhere in Galway that between those travelling from the city, county and those already based in Dublin, that we will have a maximum of 500 at the match.

Looks like its the student bar so! Seems to be very near the ground according to the campus map. I hope they have enough bar staff on for the galway hordes!

just note that a lot of people in UCD call this bar the forum - if your looking for directions make sure to say its the bar near the sports centre

most people would direct you to the student bar/student club at the other end of the campus if you asked for directions to the student bar alone

but if they do and you look young they will want over 18 id from you
