    UCD win colleges league

    2-1 over Cork IT in the final. Niall Daly and Fran Moran scored.

    Team: Billy Brennan, Damien Kelly, Shane Flynn, Borja Bravo (Evan McMillen 45), Kevin Shannon, Fran Moran, Conan Byrne, Conor Daly, Niall Daly, Kieran Harte, John Brophy. Subs not used: John Bourke, Ger O'Callaghan, Simon Gordon, Keith Noone.

    We also won the Harding Cup last week. I think John Brophy or Darren Forsyth scored twice in a 3-1 win in the final.

      Harding Cup is for Freshers isn't it? Brophy isn't that young afaik.

      Irish Universities Harding Cup Final (Queens Univ Belfast):
      Univ of Limerick 1(D Flanagan) UCD 3 (D Forsyth 2, J O’Sullivan).
      Harding Plate Final: UCC 1(C Kennedy) Dublin Univ 1(S Brownlow) DU won 4-2 on pens aet.
      Player of the Tournament: Darren Forsyth (UCD).

            Yes folks but he may have joined us when he was still at school .... or he may have repeated first year in which case.... he's still a fresher......
