The real match: UCD 2-5 LTFC

We recorded an easy victory tonight in the half time match. UCD had no answers to onef's new signings (myself, and 2 mates), as the away outfit ran out easy winners...

LTFC took the lead when I placed a lovely shot past the UCD keeper and in off the post...Then the whole match was dominated by onef with UCD getting a consilation somewhere in between all the LTFC goals!

I scored two goals. The two goals were scored by me. The one where the backpass was dodgy I scored. It went over the line, then the keeper scrambled it out, then I scored again, then the keeper scrambled it out again.

The ref at the half way line seemed to know that it didn't cross the lien, but I said it did and a player warming up at half time said I did. I score two goals0 FACT (as the Bohez like to say). If we had a team of me we would have won.

Can't believe you came back to edited that after you sobered up and only cleaned up the grammar.

2-5 or 1-6, it's still a pasting. Clearly, my, er... presence was missed at the back. :P

              What was our team?

Usual bar Harpo and you. Craddock played for Longford to even up the numbers.

Brendan Dillon was asked his opinion after the game and said something along the lines of " in my more than 20 years as Superleague Secretary I never witnessed as crap a game !"

Yep, but a former player was quoted as saying "I played alongside worse keepers than you at UCD" to me.

Oh, and that handsome Longford import chipped my bloody tooth! Have to book a trip to the dentist now!

Should be noted that we are lodging a complaint with the governing body as we believe Mullet was a banger. We expect One F to get a three point penalty and to get a replay.

We were utterly sh!te, even with an extra player again. Who was that who missed the open goal when I got across to save? Really enjoyed that - one ofthe best saves I've made in a while!

You over the injury from the, erm, annulled game Colie? Sounds like they could have used you!

Surely my double 'tackle' of One F's banger and Massop where I didn't even use my feet to take them out was the highlight of the game.
