Does the club have any plans to have a bar in the clubhouse in the Bowl? Has it been suggested by anyone even? A number of clubs seem to have one and make a nice bit of cash off it.

Don't know, to be honest. Given the recent closure of the Sports Bar, I would doubt it. Will check on Sunday if there are any plans in place. -

Well isn't there that Student Centre bar thing which caused the Sports Bar's demise or something ? It's not a million miles from the Bowl albeit not actually in it !Comment

I think Hugh Brady caused the Sports Bar's demise. There has to be sufficient demand for three bars on campus!Comment

I see and 20,000 students plus staff cannot support three bars. By that logic there shouldn't be a single bar in any village in the West of Ireland!Comment
