    Bray 1-1 Galway

Good result for us. Apart from the obvious of giving us the chance of getting 5 points ahead of Bray, it hopefully will let Kildare within 2 points of Bray and keep them interested for their game against Harps on the last day.
We're not arrogant, we're just better.

Yep, great result. Alan Gough a Kildare native saved a peno from Zayed to keep it level. Recently it seemed all three of us had made a clean break and were neck and neck now these last few weeks the pack has seperated. Even with the obvious befefits for UCD it keeps the whole thing a bit more interesting in general for the final weeks. Complacency on behalf of both UCD and Bray has spoiled their title hopes and maybe for Bray even promotion. Things will look a little clearer by Sunday at 5:00pm.

bray don't deserve promotion at this rate. the hunger of old is gone, obviously the aged devo can't handle any more. even if they did get up, it'd just mean a relegation space will be filled in the premier next season. personally i'd like to see kildare get the spot, they actually play like they want it.

Kildare are 2-0 down to Sligo within 10 mins, it looks like Bray could be let off the hook.

unfortunately, yeah. pity they won't get the well-needed kick up the arse. they take promotion for granted and they need a wake up call. at this rate, they can take relegation for granted this time '05

Well I am no regular at the Carlisle but surely you're being a bit of a doom mongerer. Two weeks ago if you had beaten Harps we'd all have been tied on the same points.

We're 1-0 up with Sully. We're actually promoted if it stays the same, as are Harps without kicking a ball.

                Cobh 0 UCD 1

According to Aertel, Pat Sullivan's 6th minute goal was the only score of the game . This win coupled with Kildare County's loss to Sligo means both ourselves and Finn Harps are promoted to the Premier Division

This for the record was our first ever away win over Cobh at St. Colman's Park. So it means that we have now won away against all the possible opponents in the Eircom League.

Now only a monumental screw up by the Seasiders can prevent UCD having real local derby matches in the Top flight. Come on Bray join the Premier for 2005.
