Just looking at that list again - Jason Colwell and James Keddy are both on frees too - both former Students; wonder if we're looking to get them back? Derek Treacy played for us as well, didn't he?

The Sunday Times today has a "Caught In Time" bit on the seven Irishmen at Arsenal in 1980 (O'Leary, Stapleton, Jennings, Nelson, Devine, Rice and Brady) - the piece on Jennings mentions how his son is playing with UCD. I presume that this is because the piece would have been written a while ago and just not updated, or do they know something we don't?

Either way, nice to see us getting some unexpected press!

Derek Treacy joined Rovers from Howth Celtic in 1989. He has only ever played for Rovers. You are mixing him up with Jonathan Treacy who played over 150 times for UCD.
