Apparently one of the women rescued off the Galway coast today is Johnny Glynn's daughter. Absolutely delighted for him if it's true. Remember being at a Wexford match in Mervue a few years ago and he came over to the handful of Wexford supporters and chatted away in an extraordinarily friendly fashion for a few minutes. Made a big impression at the time. One of the LOI's true gentlemen.

Yeah its true as I didnt know about it till this morning when I was listening to OTB AM and they mentioned about interviewing Johnny Glynn as his daughter was being rescued. He was very emotional on it!
