There's not a hope in hell of this happening. The only reason it's news at all is that he's gone on record with The Echo. There's more solid bids in who are doing business behinds closed doors.

It's not that he couldn't keep Limerick going, it's that the FAI wanted shot of him so badly they were prepared to wipe out Limerick FC as a club. Can't see them entertaining a Danny Drew led Cork City

* Moving out of City Centre club shop despite the acknowledgement that we have a 5 year lease. How does he think he can get out if that? With economic downturn may not see a queue looking to take lease from him.

I don't think he's getting on with his building mates at the moment unfortunately for all connected with Cork. A falling out over some Louis Copeland suits apparently..

Apart from the fact that he came to us in Longford with his mates offering lego & old FA sticker albums to buy our club i dont see how The Rodster & the Pony he had with him could come up with the moolah to sort Cork Citys debts.
