As I cannot apparently get away with simply putting a single letter in, the only intention I had in making this particular post, I am going to put in a whole load of characters and build it up as a store to which I may point the next time I want to submit a single letter for consideration and am not permitted do so. That works, doesn't it?
Oh, while I'm at it: E

EDIT - I have it. :)
Had just guessed what would be the obvious first letter of the first name when it came to me.
Will let it go a bit longer, but the spoiler below should show my bona fides hopefully without giving too much away.
If I guessed T would I get the last two letters?

Well seeing as my spoilered guess was revealed to all and sundry, and nearly a full day has passed, I'll guess out loud.
Goalkeeper Ron Springett?
