Sean

Thanks for your e-mail.

Power rests with the owners of a club. If the club is a members club, owned
and run by its members, then you and the other fans would need to become
members in order to have a say. Presumably the club has a written constitution
or, if it is a Limited Company, it will have a Memorandum and Articles of
Association that set out the rules for doing business, election of officials
etc. If the officials of the club do not follow the 'rules' as detailed in the
constitution etc then they can be challenged.

In terms of taking action against officials of the club for maladministration
your groups representatives would need to consult with a solicitor who can
advise you what your options are and how you should go about things.

I hope that this helps.

Regards

FMMI

what we have to do is get a club constotution if limerick fc does not have one allready. this board is defantally illegal and must go read what he said and lets act upon it.contact the fai and let them know that a club constatution was written up and have it ne noterized by a lawyer to make it leal and binding. have elections and elstct a new chairman and positions with in the club

I will try to find out if they possess any of these. However I believe that they don't. If I am right and none of these exist what can then be done?

Bet you anything they don't exist!!! Then, I'd say the only options left to us are to name and shame the individuals involved...publicly, in the papers and on the news and radio...

Sean could you e-mail these guys again and see what would happen in the event of none of these being available?
