park were not to far of promotion last year & have a chance of getting a lot of new players this season due to newtown f.c. in shannon disbanding... it's a little bit early for predictions . :confused:

Unfortunetely 1 point off promotion,but lets not get into that,its in the past,all going to plan it will be a different scenario this season,then we wont have to read any more of these lovely posts from pikey B :eek:

Spudd had a good season last year....He scored three against Pike B? :rolleyes:.
Last year was disapointing. More than missing out on promotion the lowest point was losing 7-1 to Coonagh and the miserable finish to the season vs Prospect where we lacked hunger and driver. I hope that changes this year the lads deserve it...

3or4? We lost most games 5or8!! Shambolic season, but at least we are honest about it.. And are trying to put it right.
Anyway, I grow weary of this bickering crap so see you when the action starts..

I did play with park last year and give me 1 good reason how i have made park the team every1 wants to beat,would you give it a rest and just talk football and for the last bit..its junior football dont be talking so much crap.

That was just a warm up and poaching session!! I was eyeing up a few of their more talented players to see if they were up to the move to a Big Club. Have my eye on one or two!!! ;)

That's a question of personal opinion if you don't agree with what a person says it's easy to have a go at their comments.

From talking to a few of them that was always the case cannot see how making comments on a football site can persuade you not play football at a club particularly seeing we are only two members of a what will be the biggest club in Shannon?
Lastly it's not a case of anyone signing for us it's a case of merging teams. There is a bigger picture there I think you fail to see it.....

What confuses me still is I've never said to anyone that Paul Carr scored the best goal I've ever seen in the Pike field... That Spudd is giving me a headache.:D

I can confirm that. He was always the guy who ruined the clean sheet by scoring the consolation goal:) Heard from my Park buddy that Spudd played with Rhianna last season. Was giving him massive respect until i found out that it was a club near Shannon who play in Clare and not the singer. As for the Newtown lads, they seem to be gutted that their club is finished and there are plenty of other clubs in Shannon who they may sign for rather than Park. The Park centre half [not you axeman, the other one] told me that he is not happy with the prospect of "joining up with them w******" may not be the match made in heaven. It will be interesting though.

They were the best of times, they were the worst of times....:o:D It had to end somewhere. Too many painkillers and a good lashing off Shannon Town put paid to poor auld Parkfan. RIP Parkfan. If only he could see me now...
