I'd agree with most of that team but swapping the Regional keeper for Smackers,Alan Finucane for Pa Barry and Cummins(AA) up front with Barry.

al finucane for p.barry?
For me anyway, his 11 game run of 12 goals was enough for me. 17 for the season is pretty good for a left midfielder. Whats Pa Barry's stats? I'm not even sure I've seen him play this season.

Pa Barry is well into double figures this season (12 I think) with a team that got relegated.
Im certain that if he was playing in one of the top teams in town (which he will next season) then he would be on a par with Finucane.
Also take into account that Pike got further in nearly all cup comps also (therefore playing more games, and giving Finucane the chance to score more golas).
Sure they might even be playing together next season....

Starman you've started to get the hang of team of the season well done! Pa barry is a lazy s##t sometimes his attidue stinks but when he gets the finger out then yea best winger in town by a mile, no offence but he needs to get away from star too comfortable for him down there. Most people on here only get to see him play twice a year for a team thats not got great players so your opionion wouldnt be fair

I would be very surprised if he signs with Pike.
Unless they offer to pay him a few quid!!!

All I'll say is, he has the option of both, and who he decides to play for is his call, but in all fairness it will probably be the Boro with his 2 cousins up there already...........he doesn't really know any of the Pike lads, bar Moloney who he played one season with at Abbey.

That hasn't stopped players signing for anyone before in fairness. Loyalty isn't as big as it once was in football. Players heads are easily turned. Which is a big pity in my opinion.

Heard that Christy O'Neill (Fairview) could be on his way back to the Dines along with Conor Keane (also Fairview), both are ex Dines men, and both their fathers are on the Dines commitee.

Len O'Grady could also be on his way back to the Dines, with his brother-in-law the chairman at the Dines.

Class player and would be a great signing for the Dines along with the other 2, if what I heard is correct.
