Got a text from Harps game saying Saints are all over them, Harps are worst team we've played against in long time. Kinda backed up on radio too that Harps are woeful

Cork all over Galway, they could be 3 up even at this early stage

Got a call at HT from someone at the game. Apparently United were the better side in the first half in terms of possession and territory but Gary Rogers made the goalkeeping clanger of the season for Cork's first. Went out to smother a hopeful long-ball and missed it completely. The Cork player was as surprised as everyone else in the ground to be gifted a tap in. The second came from a free-kick that apparently he should have stopped too. Both goals against the run of play but typical of United's season so far.

not playing too bad but it is all luck that separates the teams.....mostly our bad luck. We have had 3 shots off the woodwork and one total miss of an open goal. just cant get a lucky touch on any of the hard worked plays. gutting stuff. for us like.
