I'd say he was referring to us rather than Mons. Given all his anti-Sligo Rovers jokes that he thinks are funny.

The dig wasn't at Sligo at all.Read it again.

I see Andy Myler is available! Proven goalscorer at this level, but what age is he?

I think he celebrated his 58th earlier this year - or maybe it was the 58th club he played with! ;)

He wont turn fulltime so that rules him out.

See the squad list at the top:

Jonathan Keane and Jason Molloy are confirmed signings.

Willo McDongh, Paul Sinnott & Seamus Conneely are rumoured to have been offered semi-professional terms.

can't see the u21 players having much of an impact in the coming season tbh.

vinnie faherty was one of the top u21 players in the country, won the u21 league with salthill and got onto the irish u21 eircom team iirc.

he hasn't yet found his feet at this level even after doing so well at u21. perhaps the lads might do better but i doubt it. i reckon they are a longer term investment, good to see local young lads getting a chance all the same though.

congrats to all on their progression to the first team.
