Fahey,
Stephen Bradley,
Eddie McCallion.
I also go with the thinking that Ndo and McCourt are class acts.

Monaghan centre half, Luke Fitpatrick would be welcome up to Finn Park any day. Very quick and good in the air. Mons will do well to keep hold of him, rumours of Pats and Dundalk being interested in him.

Mainly due to him being on loan from Pats...

:o That would explain that then so, well impressed with him, is he under contract next season?

No idea. Don't think he's cut out for the top level (on his limited appearances here). As honest and hard working as anyone though. He's played most of his time at winger for us!

fahey's probably my favourite player from another team, he's one of the best in the league imo. a constant threat from dead balls aswell

As a person it has to be Digger - no contest there. As a player I've always thought Stuey Byrne is class (even allowing for his move to the Drogs and his live television rant after winning the league last season:D).

I thought he had signed for us Dodge, not just a loan.

My votes got to
Philly Gorman - always seems to score against us (but then I previously had Willie Doyle on this list when he was at UCD and then we got the 2-stone overweight current model).
Kevin Hunt - have enjoyed watching him in Dalyer for years
Keith Fahey - one of those players you pay your money to see
Tom Mohan was one player we should have signed when we had the chance (I heard), well known in Monaghan and a gentleman
Could add several more to this list

Yeah, you might be right. Wasn't 100% certain

Limerick.........one of the few Clubs fans to list one of their own Clubs players as a hate figure!

CP O'Brien never actually played for Limerick. Sure he turned up, put on a kit and stolled demurely about the pitch when the mood took him but to say that he was even vaguely interested in Limerick FC (as we were) would be a flat outright lie. The only thing that CP was remotely concerned with was CP and seeing how high he could rise himself. Was that a double entendre, why I do believe it was...

On Luke Fitzpatrick, both Dodge & monutd are kinda right. He signed to us properly but Pat's have 1st options on him at the end of the season.

As for Dundalk being interested that rumour is out there coz they always go in for our best players a month or 2 before the season ends.

There are lots of players I admire at other clubs. That if I won the Euromillions I would bankroll my team to sign.
Over the years I got to know some quite well. Pat Morley when he was at Cork City was a thorough gent as was Declan Daly. At the moment and largely cause I had a great chat with him last night as he was warming up, I get on very well with Cork City's Admir Softic. I got to know him a few seasons ago. I greeted him in Serbo-Croat and welcomed him to Belfield Park before a game . He told me I spoke the language with a Slovenian accent, anyway I digress. I got to know a few phrases from travelling in ex-Yugoslavia.
Now when the Cork City team come to Belfield they ask him '' Where's that bloke from UCD who speaks Bosnian today?'' :D
