I have my reasons buddy.
I would never predict my own team a loss, so that's part of my reason for our Potential Croom Result.. Plus I hear they are up and down lately and we gave them a good game up in Pike field, so a point is what we hope for. As for Shels, well they have lost half their team in the last few weeks and I expect them to struggle for remainder of the season. Again thanks for the kind words, and hopefully we'll meet ye again next season..
And I agree with you on the ref situation, time to move on from it. 1B Football talk only for me.

Ageed Pike B you would be a silly man to predict your own teams demise cos thats our job;) only kidding ....we played Croom on Sunday PIP was quiet but they were strong at the back and a good minor in mid field dictated the pace of the game.....but you are correct they blow hot and cold the same as all teams this year.....al depends who get out of bed ion the sun morning.....interesting weeks ahead lads starting with tonight Holycross v St Pats ooohhhhhhhhhhh

No doubts it would be great if it did happen. But as you say it's all rumours at the moment.
Until we hear it from the men that really matter then it's all speculation.

Any idea of the team name if they did merge?

First you tipped Shels, then Park, then Fairview now Prospect...just give it a rest will ya.

What odds would you get on a coonagh 2nd spot and cup final win...

I'll stick my neck out and say I think they will do it.....looking at the table they play bottom 4 teams...you'd expect them to prob get 12 points there...Then Croom...draw maybe...

just think that with other teams playing each other points will be lost......!!

just my humble opinion...

hope pike stay up tho...love that club...

Hey, a man is entitled to change his opinion based on form. If I was any good at predictions I'd be on match of the day!!! :D And next week I may tip Coonagh to go up... Who knows!!!! Anyway, keep your shirt on.

He aint a Coonagh man. He wont tell me who he is with. As the days pass, you are getting more and more evil. Winding up the Park lads has me thinking about doing a Harry Kewell and pulling out of the game tommorrow. Im scared:D

Not sure about that all the bottom teams are fighting to stay up so will be very sticky.......

Yes. They have some very good footballers and play a fairly high tempo passing game. You have plenty of young players so you should match them fitness wise. In terms of football they are a bit stronger than ye in my opinion, but if ye get in amongst them who knows. A lot depends on who wants it more for me.

I know one thing for certain we wont be sitting back.I think second place could go all the way between the View Park and Prospect.They might have a few games over us but they've tough games as fair as i know.They both have to play each other and Prospect still have to travel to Croom.:):):)

Ya, one of their lads posted their fixtures a few pages back if you want to check it out. Ye need to win both your last two games really and hope for other results to go your way. Still, points in the bag better than games in hand.

A good result tonight for us would put more pressure on Park and Prospect.
