Watched the u21`s match last night...good game..lost 1-0..down to 10 men after 20 min which didn`t help..was impressed with a couple of players..Jason Gleeson did well in midfield and the 2 subs that came on Shane Hennessy & Sean Daly looked lively..

i thought by gleesons standards he was below par, they battled very well and certainly didnt look like they were down to 10 men, were unfortunaye not to get a point.

they had enough chances anyway..Hennessy up front was a handful...would he be up to LOI standard?

Good performance alright by the lads last night. They showed good spirit after going down to ten men. With a bit more composure in front of goal they could easily have taken a point out of last nights game.

i reckon 15-20min....spoke to him later and he said he made no contact with the player...didn`t see the incident myself..

from where we were we all thought it was a straight red,real prob was the defender not the referee. it was stupid to move the head but the defender really got him sent off, sayin that its all part of the game. Wrong tho.

think he will tbh..he`s starting to play well again after a dip in form...who would you put in instead of him?

nobody now, but who knows who'll play well or not at wexford. i would start him alrite but just sayin cause i didnt want to make out were a one man team or hes the first name on the sheet. Far from it.

Think Hendo will put out his strongest team against Finn Harps and hopefully 3 pts..that would leave a big gap between ourselves and harps,leaving them to fight it out for 3rd place with limerick...while we can concentrate on winning the league!
who would have thought we would be thinking these things after the first 2 games of season...its a funny old game!
