The world of sinsible soccer 96/97 is being finished off at the moment and will be released on Xbox live for download in mid july

This looks cool but is my memory of it better than the actual game ?

Often played games i used to love and now im just left thinking what the flip was i thinking

edit, I'm thinking that one was earlier 1994/95 or something.

It was a good game alright. As someone who has little interest in current games would like to play it again.

Still as good as ever, it can be played on your pc now with a ps2 pad using emulation.

I was deadly at that game :D

Does anyone have a link to the manual for 96/97?

I loved that game, and have it still, only I can't get past the security password bit (where it asks for word 5 on line 12 of page 17).

Alternatively, any way of skipping it?

I played out two seasons of Sensible Soccer while on ACID once upon a yesteryear:D

Started when everyone else crashed and was still going well after everyone was gone to work.

Good times. Good, good times.

No, that's not it. It's the actual manual which came with the game, and the computer asks you to enter a word from it, so you need the exact manual, line for line.

Or alternatively, you could do what I just did and take a random guess at "Games", which turns out to be right. Or maybe the password is turned off and I'm only finding this out now. Either way, I'm off to play SS (could actually be an earlier version, possibly 1994). See yez sometime on Sunday!
