Well jebus is currently editing our fanzine for the Supporters Club
Personally I am secretary of said SC (I kid you not Conor) and am in the middle of writng a fcukin excruciating article for the programme
I will also be involved in the organisation of Away travel this year and during the week I shall be heading up to the ground to give it a lick of paint in time for the new season
If you would like to be kept informed of myself and jebus' on-going work within the SC just PM me or better yet if you'd like to join in a show of solidarity membership to you is just €10 Conor
Nice one,Fairplay.
At least you do something worth while for Your Club so instead of constantly bitching and moaning about ours.
I know your feelings on the whole issue of us been promoted but all your jibes and smart arse comments are really growing old at this stage.
Fact is on Friday we'll be playing in front of 3500 in the Premier League.
Limerick will be playing in front of 350 in Turners Cross against cobh in the 1st Divison.

Wouldn't be too cocky about that if I were you
Limerick will be playing in front of 350 in Turners Cross against cobh in the 1st Divison
And you know what Conor, I wouldn't change it for the world. Hopefully within the next three years I can go to my own promotion party with the soul of my club still intact.

The "promotion party" was a gathering of GUST for a few drinks after we heard we were promoted. This may seem odd to you but it's what supporters do.They Celebrate.
With the likes of Goldbey and Keady on your books it'll be alot longer than 3 years before ye're in the Premier League.
Your maturity and lack of tact to say something worth while and constructive really shows with "waaa waaa" as a reply.

So because you have never seen a Rovers jacket there, that means their all GAA boys?::
Yup.;)
Any Sligo person i've seen in Shhligo gear it's been all GAA.
The Sligo folks in my Course didn't know much about SRFC at all at the beginning of the year.I've given them all they need to know though, rest assured.;)
Touche on the fine woman might i add!

Celebrate what though??
Goldbey is handy enough
You go on about my maturity?? Conor son I've never once been offended by anything you've ever had to say to me because frankly you don't concern me simple as. Yet I can't so much as fart on a forum and your whinging at me, whinging to mods, whinging to other Galway fans etc, etc....
I used waah, waah, waah because the part of your post which I quoted was basically a whinge which didn't merit a proper response
Now shush before they're on to us about giving us our own forum again :p

all this is great rivalalry but the fact stands galway will be remembered for sc***ing dundalk to get there, and coming back to where they belong 2-3 years later, i only give 2-3 years as waterfrod are c*** and sligo are fallin apart, so its a scrap for second and third bottom and i would love to see dundalk beat galway next year in a playoff to get promoted,
and about attendances i wouldnt get carried away, i remember cork city wining the title to a full crowd, only to see half it diassapear for the start of the following season they came back for big games but there is a core of 2000-3000 that go as much as possible and thats a top of the table team not one scrapping for survival.

Bar the persistent tiresome digs at UTD what do yourself and Jebus actually do for Limerick 37?
Oh if I'd known it wasn't past your bedtime Conor I would have stayed on longer. Anyway I think LTID dealt with you and your mockery of a club well enough for me to leave it alone :)
Actually LTID are we still banned from the Galway forum or has the Galway lad's collective periods subsided yet?

I`ve just seen this topic so apologies if this point has been made previously.
What really gets my blood boiling is the idiots wearing man u/lpool etc shirts down the pub one week then cheering on spain when they beat england on the wed night
And to cap it all off, just tune into today fm after 5 on a saturday and listen, just listen to the cringo stuff coming from 'passionate' fans of blackburn, west ham, sheff utd + charlton ALL with thick irish accents....................
they ought to be ashamed of themselves
Couldnt agree more. Hypocrisy of the highest order. That's why I cheer on any team that plays an english side in europe.

I just can't wait to go to Flancare, now there's a real success story, I know it isn't going to be our best season, but by God we're going to do alright, and if anybody dares to insult the might that is Longford I'll track you down, and I won't go into what I'll do, but lets just say it'll involve your ass and my schlong!
You may have inadvertently given your beloved club a new nickname...
Schlongford Town. Either that or you're a priest...:D :p

What a legend, reveals his sexual orientation, choice of club and his religious beliefs (although conflicting with his sexual orientation) all in one long sentence
