I've seen the new kits,i most say i was impressed, nice stuff. The home kit is blue as expected and the away kit is RED AND WHITE STRIPES..................
Love the red & white kit! I prefer it to the white away kit, its a very unusual style for a 2nd/3rd kit, but with the historical link (much like the clube name) - brilliant.
Lots of positive messages coming across, the enthusiasm and drive of all involved is very evident. All that talk of football fans in Limerick needing a good senior team to follow, to be proud of, hit the nail on the head for me.
Best of luck to all involved, keep up the good work.

Yes the game was switched to allow Cobh more time to complete work on their pitch

All the best lads, I think this is a genuine good news story. The footage from 1982 on the news last night was fantastic, especially the team parading down O'Connell Street on the back of a mud-splattered VW van. Hope the glory days return.

Anyone who was at the club launch like myself would probably have missed this on both 6one and 9 o'clock news, so if you did you can see it here (http://www.rte.ie/news/2007/0228/6news.html). Just scroll down to the sports section, you need Real Player to view it :ball:

What price are the jerseys going to be and does anyone have any pics of them .
I'm from Nenagh and seeing as Limerick 37 is my nearest EL club I plan on going there a few times this season and bringing some mates .
Was at the Leeds and Derry City games last year and thoroughly enjoyed myself so im hoping to get to a good few more games this year .
Shame that the attendance for the Derry game was probably only 1/20th to that of the Leeds reserves match , but then again people don't mind seeing a team of inferior quality once it's an English club .
