to be fair that didnt come across as very bright!:) got to stop posting when im drunk
but my point (!) i think everybody has some sort of racist attitudes inside them, i live in britain and im shocked at how the english still go on about the irish, i mean in this day and age!
i dont like Jade Goddy and her ilk, not cause she is a racist, or used racist language (which i hear everyday, you know the english dont really like pakistanis) but she is a knucke head
by the way im married to a foreigner!

I agree with BC most people have some kind of prejudice inside them but as an adult you should dismiss it because its wrong.BTW I am suprised to hear people say they come across anti-Irish prejudice in England because I lived in London for seven years and found being Irish was seen as a positive thing.
This is despite the fact they supported Ireland in the WC etc but I clearly could not reciprocate the goodwill towards the English team.

...I am suprised to hear people say they come across anti-Irish prejudice in England because I lived in London for seven years and found being Irish was seen as a positive thing...You should have been around in seventies or the early to mid eighties. In fact some of the early nineties were no great shakes either for being Irish.
