To be honest either would I. He did a job when he played and would be a good squad player.

But I dont think Frank Browne would bring anything to the squad. I just think there are better players than him around.

Is he playing junior football these days?

F.Browne was struggling to get in the Regional United team up to a few weeks back.
Far better players than him in town.

Any chance we can get this thread moved to the Junior section since the majority of people who are posting on this are junior fans, well that and this thread is fairly ****ing annoying

thats a great way of trying to settling the differnces between junior and senior soccer...... if your not gonna say something positive dont say anything.. especially when it comes to the division between junior and senior...... a lot of people working hard on this..........

Now now LTID, you have to give the juniors credit for finally being able to string a few sentences together without lapsing into text speak :p

how honoured we are to be addressed by the aristocrats of L37. We bow to your superior intelect and knowledge of the beautiful game. But remember one thing my arrogant friends, this project will ultimately fail if us lesser junior mortals and other mere football fans do not put bums on the seats of Jackman park. ;)

Hi

The fact that Junior, Schoolboy and ladies own 40% of the club is enough right to comment on any forum. Lets stop the them and us comments. If you all want to see soccer reach its full potential at all grades lets start showing a united front.

Ever wonder why there is no soccer player outside the AIB on O'Connell st? Soccer is Officially the largest sport played in Limerick yet people do not assocate the City with being a soccer strong hold. I am sure that this has a lot to do with the fact that we cannot put our petty differences aside and give some crossover support. Limerick 37 belongs to ALL soccer players and supporters in Limerick City and County. Lets take the first steps in forcing our game onto the media agenda

the only others from your list that would be capable of such a step up would be Daniel Power and Keith Harnett , Daniel was supposed to come to Lim fc last season under NOC:eek: but it never materialised for some reason, personally I think he wasted in the Desmond League, but thats just my opinion. Keith played under Mike Kerley in that ****ter of a season 3 years ago and did ok(remember him scoring a cracker away to cobh in 0-1 win that season), he stayed on when NOC & DD took over but never got a look in under them so he dropped back to junior and went to Pike Rvrs. The Desmond League seems to be a bit 1 sided now as NCW seem to be plucking all the best players from the league in their quest to win the MJ Cup, all the other clubs seem to be playing catch up with them.:) UP THE L37 BLUES.[/QUOTE]

Daniel Power has been named in the IRISH Amature International Squad
