View Full Version : Roy O'Donovan (F Newcastle Jets b.1985)
Not quite! http://foot.ie/showthread.php?t=84195
As Bohsrap said.
Apparently Wigan And Wolves quite keen on him. Would love to see him have half the success Doyle has had...
Sunderland are going to sign him. You heard it here first.
Now, where did I park my De Loreon.

Sorry chaps - honest mistake. Didn't cop the dates since its not usual that someone reopens a thread after a 2 year gap.

Thanks,I often wondered about this guy Ross O'Donovan. I know Peterborough, Crewe, Leeds and even Man Utd were courting him. I heard Crewe offered him a deal but he was holding out on something bigger. He was a tall striker with blistering pace.

It's a wonder Stan didnt spot him.He had a soft spot for players with blistering pace even though they were Sh!te.

The other fella got a two game ban though so O'Donovan was obviously provoked, bound to be frustrated after being elbowed and then the verbals. Obviously a poor reaction but I think two months is a bit much, apparently the media over there didn't help his case at all.

Often wondered why RMK took shine enough to the cut of his jib to drop half a million on him, it's all become clear from this bit of footage, finally.

Can't stop laughing at the defending from the nearest two red shirts to him. Not taking anything away from his control, turn and strike, but they did afford him every opportunity.

First time I've heard about this red card he received for the McAteer tackle on the keeper. How did he not get banned for life for that?
