How many kids are on the books of the premiership clubs under the age of 18 and what is the break down of their nationalities? I would be pretty sure that a high percentage are not english and that there are plenty of other nationalites apart from Irish. Does anyone know the answer?

Also id love to know what the situation is on Italy, Spain Germany and France?

13 year old english kids leave the country to go where? They don't have to leave the country. A English kid can be in England and still be further from home than an Irish kid in, say, Liverpool.

Besides you highlighted the line, "This law can be enforced in a juridisdiction but not internationally," so I assumed you meant which country refused to let a kid move elsewhere to join a club.
