As a neutral(-ish, Pats winning helped us!) at the Pats game, I didn't think the ref was any harsher on Rovers than Pats. I wasn't at the Cork game but the sendings off looked very soft.

Haven't seen one nuetral say you were mugged by any ref in either game. FFS you were 2-0 down in last nights game sbefore anyone was sent off...

the ref who done the rovers and cork match last nite should have a look at his rule book again also some awful decisions

rte, newstalk and all the papers and most CCFC fans will tell you the sendings off, the second in particular, were harsh.

blatantly lifted from the SRFC Ultras site

"Sherro to Linesman: "Can you tell me how that was offside, seriously?"

Linesman to Sherro: "Why don't you **** off back to the Leinster Senior League?"

Sherro may be many things, but he is not a liar.

Rant Number 2....... Mr. Kelly (Senior) applauding the dismissal of ANY player"

kelly sr was sitting beside...... (drumroll) Delaney.

at the pats game the linesman apparantly told a group of rovers fans to **** off as well. its not on and Rovers may well cry foul officially.
i appreciate when your luck is out, its out, but some strange things have been happening to rovers and harps of late.

I've seen the sneding off and both looked harsh (particularly Foley's) but you weren't "mugged" as they were 2-0 up at the time and the result would not have changed...

We're mugged for their upcoming, needless suspensions......

That has little to do with what score it was last night. The funny thing for me is that the one player he should have sent off he didn't...Doyle:rolleyes:

No denying that .... you could even see it on eL weekly ... no way was it a sending off offense.

Looks like Drogheda will now have a reason to get a result on the last day in Waterford. Interesting if we win on friday:eek:
