Ben Quinn doesn't play any games. One League One appearance this season. Unsure if injured because he got his only game early in season and hasn't been seen since. But he doesn't play games.
Few cup games as well, but no appearances for their senior team since November

I was just picking Ben Quinn cause both himself and Zefi were in the previous squad. Hopefully all the 2006 kids are with the u19s, who have a knockout group they need to win, so it kinda just leaves:

Vata (hopefully with the seniors)
Umeh (youth football)
Moore (youth football)
Zefi (youth football)
Quinn (unwanted at league one level)
McGuinness (LOI first division)
Bloxham (youth football, presumably injured)
McGrath (university football in america)
Hakiki (LOI)

For me, the first choice options should be Zefi, Moore, Vata and Umeh. If Vata is up, then take one of the rest...

Looks like midfielder Ronnie Gorman might be moving on from Brighton. He had a game for Norwich's U18s last week and is named on the bench for Arsenal's U18s today

https://www.mlsnextpro.com/carolinacorefc/news/carolina-core-fc-acquire-midfielder-glory-nzingo-on-loan-from-swansea-city-afc

Glory Nzingo joins Carolina Core until 31 Dec 25. Carolina Core are in the third division of US football and the move straddles the first half of next season in most leagues in Europe. All seems a bit unusual.

Scored earlier in the week against NYC FC II, 12:43 below

goal for Franco Umeh last night against Brighton in the PL2 round of 16, below at 2:22

Palace playing Chelsea in the quarter finals on Monday afternoon, so he's unlikely to be involved in the senior team's game v Forest that night

<EDIT>

Sorry, the game against Chelsea was on Friday night, so there's a chance Umeh could be involved against Forest

U16 cap Matteo Egan has had a run for Empoli's U20 side in the Primavera recently, playing 62 minutes against Roma's U20s on Friday
https://empolifc.com/primavera-empoli-roma-0-2/
And 75 minutes against Lecce on the third
https://empolifc.com/primavera-lecce-empoli-1-1/

Unfortunately it looks like they're going to finish in the relegation play off spots against Bologna in Primavera 1, and their senior team looks like getting relegated from Serie A

Egan turned 17 in February, and will be underage for the U19s for next year's championship

He should probably be in the squad to be honest. As an aside, well worth watching Owen Elding goal for Sligo tonight. Lots of people calling for him to be in the squad.

Meanwhile also in LoI, Melia and Noonan are going after each other goal for goal. Noonan scored his 3rd in 3 games and 5th of the season. Melia scored 2 tonight, making it 4 in 4 and 6 for the season so far.

Sorry, 2005, typo.
Mullen hasn't been involved with the national side since two U19 friendlies in October 2023
https://www.fai.ie/latest/mu19-mohan-names-23-man-squad-for-friendly-double-header/

Only played a few minutes at the end of a 2-0 win against Scotland
https://www.fai.ie/latest/report-mu19-umeh-double-defeats-scotland/

Played 90 minutes in a 3-0 win against the Faroes
https://www.fai.ie/latest/report-mu19-victory-over-faroes/

He didn't make it into the squad for the first round of qualifying a month later

Owen Elding was born in England and therefore waiting on Passport to come through. You would think this could be fast tracked. He is a real talent and should be in the squad.
