No way. We're still clinging to the hope that Derry will field an U21 team as it's only the league cup.

I was in Mondello on Sunday so that's why I wasn't around to get the posters done.

Lads, rather then getting down for lack of crowd or publicity or whatever, this is your day as fans of UCD (and DCFC) go to the game have a few pre-match pints and sing your "small club" ars้s off! Enjoy yourselves and fcuk everyone else!!!
Who's down? I'm buzzing about this and if no one turns up, that won't change.

Tickets for the matche are selling extremely well. Derry City have sold out their entire initial allocation of 300 stand tickets and at least a further 100 Derry City fans are expected to travel and purchase tickets on the night.

UCD have already sold 500 tickets of their stand allocation as well as practically all their schoolboy allocation. Tickets are selling fast from outlets around the Belfield campus in this, Freshers Week, including the UCD Sports Centre, restaurant and from the UCD Soccer stand in the Arts Block.

A limited number of stand tickets (€15 adults, €10 concession (Student, OAP etc) and €5 schoolchildren) are still available. contact UCD FC on 01 716 2142 for details.

All remaining stand tickets and ground (standing) tickets at €10 for adults (no concessions) and €5 for schoolchildren will be on sale from ticket kiosks on Foster's Avenue and outside the ground from 6.30pm night.

From the FAI site

I would say their estimation of the 100 Derry fans without tickets is right. Plenty of people here in Derry don't have tickets, as witnessed by the number of people ringing me in the last 24 hours. I don't have a ticket, very few of the Belfast SC or the Dublin SC have tickets and I would be very confident of us having over 400 at the game tonight

So Derry are a small team now? ;)

I see where you're coming from now.

Great news about the ticket sales - that post says we're up to 1,150 already.

Good luck tonight lads. I mean to both sides really. I'll be watching as a neutral and am happy as long as Longford don't qualify for Europe or the Setanta.

Oh, I just wanted to echo one UCD fan..... "The Collleeeeege!"
