I can't imagine why they'd sign him he's useless and obviously hasn't improoved much since he left us from what i saw on Friday.He may be scoring but his influence on the match the last day was liitle to none.

He was sent out against his own wishes according to some of the limerick lads. When we played against them down in limerick earlier this season he ripped us apart on the basis that he was being played as a striker, as of late o'connor was playing him in midfield ???? :confused: :rolleyes:

The Real Problem with Derek McCarthy when he moved to Galway was his love of fast-food!!! He wasn't in shape for playing and probably didnt want to be either... its not only where he was playing.

Yeah he asked one of the fans once could he share his curry chips with him at half time! :D LOL! He was really unfit but he was such a waste of talent and he had great skills, but he never got goin at united. :(
