Would rather get to the WC final (for both questions), beating Ingerland along the way (a gary breen 'in off his ass' goal in the last min of added time would be great :)).

If we got to the final we could go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on........and on about it to them just like they do

did rodney marsh get sorted with a job since leaving sky?

He was on TalkSport (http://www.talksport.net/default.aspx) radio towards the end of the season.
I found the show quite entertaining.

Was Sky Sports good for football or just good for the English Premiership?

Aberdonian Stu

In the short term it was bad as attendances dropped initially but it has developed into a good thing and attendances are back to pre-Sky levels across the divisions. Prior to Sky there were only twelve live league games on terrestial tv per annum and there was significantly less coverage of all other competitions excluding World Cup finals and European Championship finals.

More of the game on television now (including el!) both terrestrially and on satellite opening it up to a greater audience as the money generated has enabled the clubs to buy a higher standard of player and present a better product. This in turn will encourage more youngsters to strive for a higher standard because they'll want to emulate their heroes.

And my question is...

Is that long-haired gadabout going to sit your exams for you?!? No. I didn't think so either.

Sleep, young Liam, is the pre-requisite of the intelligent mind. Don't be asking Kieran what that means. :p
