4-1 at half time is one thing, but 2 down with 5 minutes to go is just a mental turnaround. Fantastic if you're on the winning side, but absolute heartbreak if you've thrown that lead away. Even having a man sent off you'd think you could hold on to a 2 goal lead for 5 minutes.

The sending off was a factor, tired Shels legs needed 11 in the pitch. Stupid carry on by the player (who had a decent game otherwise). When teams indulge in serious time wasting they always run the risk the ref will get ****ed off and someone will get done.

Bohs had chances, Delaney was outstanding especially second half, and once Bucko dragged us back into the match the momentum was all with Bohs.

A scare for Cork and Bohs but in the end was there even a slight upset? So Las t16 = 9 out of 10 Premier clubs through (all bar Harps, beaten by Rovers), 3 First Division teams who beat non-leaguers plus Longford/Athlone, and 3 winners of all non-league ties.

Derry vs Dundalk looks tasty.
Still not confident even though we've got another first division side in Galway.

So with Crumlin drawing Lucan we're guaranteed to have a non league team in the quarter finals.

Noticed that the German FA are streaming lots, could be all not sure, of games in their cup on YouTube, if only we had a forward thinking FA like that.

They'd only stream the games in portrait anyway

(In fact, they did stream UCD v Limerick from the First Division in 2016. It was embarrassing beyond worst predictions.)

If it goes ahead ! Should Dundalk get through tomorrow night against Brastislava (a big ask) this FAI Cup game (set for Friday 23rd August) will have to be moved to the Sunday or not wanting to create another meltdown on here, pushed out beyond that weekend, as the play off 'home leg' will be in Tallaght on Thursday 22nd August.

May not be an issue of course after tomorrow night.

Not all, but some of them, it seems.
Anyway, if I'd known that earlier, I'd probably have watched a match or two over the weekend.

4th official has reported it.
Looks like Lee grace could get a 3 match ban for it.

only shams brought a bigger away crowd this season

Were Shels given more tickets than Pats in our first game in Dalymount this season?

Any Galway fans know when the cup game will be? Nothing confirmed yet.
