Hi I know this is the wrong place but I can't see an over 35s section on the forum. We are an over 35s team from Oxford coming over to Dublin on the weekend of 25th May. We were lined up to play a couple of 7 a side games against teams on the Saturday afternoon at UCD but they have pulled out. Looking for some opposition - pitch is booked!

Sorry again for the off-topic post.

The section you have posted in is for sides on the other coast of the country. Give yourself a fighting chance chance with a post in a Dublin section or in the main forum even.

Congrats to Janesboro, the table doesn’t lie

Looking back. Pike must be kicking themselves with all those draws. To go unbeaten and not win the league must be a rarity

Good win for Janesboro to pick up the three-in-a-row. Balla huffed and puffed but that was about it.

4 Premier League titles in 5 seasons for Janesboro, great achievement.

Find it hard to justify how the pike manager got moty myself. To win the Oscar traynor with a club team and win a third straight league is a serious achievement

Well done to all involved

Great achievement but they need the big and I don’t think they are far away from it.

Typical Pat Sheehan doesn't bother waiting until the end of the year until the dust has settled to have the awards night,Pike might only end up with the touhy cup and he wins moty,he was given the award before the league Lawson,MJ and Oscar Traynor was decided
For all Aidan Ryan has done rumour has it last night was his last game in charge for the Boro

Why does Pat Sheehan arrange it for the week before the end of the season? If there’s a good reason then fair enough, Pat is around long enough to be able to make an educated decision.
Also, for all the fellas saying that the two biggest budgets win the lot (and they do), Pike and Boro have had pretty much the same players turn out for them for the last 5+ years. That’s the most important thing in all this in my opinion. Consistency.

Agree with other posters that the awards are on too early. Some couple of days for Janesboro ,two big trophies there.looking forward to Lawson on Sunday.

Neville won POTY last year despite McGann being outstanding and Mulready conceding less goals. The mind boggles.

I have only watched McGann in a few top games and he failed to produce to elite level, yes he is a very good player. Nothing between gary and mulready.

Great win today for Fairview, been long overdue for a club of that stature
Be great to see them adding a few players over the summer and challenging the likes of Boro and Pike for the league next year, there not far off it after today's performance in fairness to them

Well deserved victory for the View who were the better team.probably let Pike stay in a game they shouldn't have been near.Very good goal by games best player to win match Mann.....tough week for Pike lost out on 3 trophies and for a squad of that strength a Touhy cup a poor return.

Sheils gone from pike. Hardly a surprise.
Major departures from Pearse stadium by all accounts too
