tbh, carew were playing at the same time so u never know, interesting a few carew delegates made their presence known to john as he came off the field

The question is why would John leave carew park,he had probably his best season as a footballer,lifted the league as vice captain,won the Touhy cup,beaten finalist in the Lawson,semi final of both the mjc and fai,got back into the.oscar traynor team and if that was not good enough he got his first cap for Ireland.I can't figure out why he would want to leave.

Fatima Dunisha? Ex-limerick under 19 and played around 2 games with the first team. He's from Ennis. Pa Mullins younger brother is a fine player.

I've heard it said that John prefers a more advanced role. He played the majority of the first half of last season behind Jonathan Grant at Carew. The promise of that may have been enough to attract him there in the first place (remember he was often playing at right full during his most recent season at Pike). His move back to midfield role (usually on the right) upon the arrival of Connery, may have frustrated him slightly.

They werent too impressive the other night when their"B " team beat them.mid table is about their lot.Hope they prove me wrong, they are a good club with a very hard working committee.But I honestly cant see them doing much more than that.id imagine they would be hoping for extended runs in fai and mj unlike last year..

The reason he signed with carew was he was great friends with the manager and he said he wanted to play on the same team as his brother.

If he has in fact signed for 2 clubs and both forms are registered he faces a 3 month suspension. I'm sure Pike won't register his form without checking he hasn't been registered by Carew.

Think its going to be between pike and Boro this season,they seem to have recruited very well in the off season,the dines could be the surprise package of this season,from what I hear they have brought in 5 or 6 players,
