Looks ****e from the official twitter calling the football on show today "Dire stuff."
Great advertising for the game on the LTFC homepage. Not what is required.
I have deleted the tweet in question, I wasn't responsible for that tweet but I still think the live match updates are a good idea and them appearing on the home page ticker works well.

yep, just make sure that whoever is posting them thinks a little harder about what it says. Positivity all the way.

I think it is a good idea, but a bit of thought by whoever updates the feed wouldn't go astray.

Ye defo keep the live updates going I'm sure who ever was doing them will understand where fans are coming from...
As for the game I don't want to sound over critical but with this being our last pre-season game I thought we would be a lot sharper I thought our midfield was awful in the first half, no one wanted to press the ball and they allowed Gary Dempsey to dictate and he went on to set up a very easy goal. Tyrell was caught out of position and for me hes a weak link at LB, he seems to always play a poor 1st half and good 2nd almost as if it takes him time to get to grips with the game and with mick lee a doubt for next week this is very worrying.
I thought Gillespie had an absolutely appalling game and he nearly gifted Jason Byrne a goal only for Bennion (who I actually thought played well today) to save it.
On a more positive note Corie Treacy looks top class and I cant wait to see him and Des Hope link up, McCarthy is lacking pace as we know but he makes up for it in every other way, while O'Sullivan looks absolutely fantastic he was by far our stand out player today and we finally have a striker that will run behind defences.
All in all if we are at it next Friday we should be ok but if we dont get a good start we could be in for a long season.
